4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Carlyle Hamper Co does not store full credit card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer:

• Local delivery within Bathurst (where applicable)

• Australia-wide shipping

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Carlyle Hamper Co is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Alcohol Purchases (Where Applicable)

Some Celebration Hampers may contain alcohol.

By purchasing a hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that:

• You are over 18 years of age.

• The recipient is over 18 years of age.

Carlyle Hamper Co supports the responsible service of alcohol.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details so we can assess the issue.

8. Product Presentation

We take care to accurately display our products. However, due to variations in photography and screen settings, colours and packaging may vary slightly.

In the event that a product component becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Carlyle Hamper Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
