Refund Policy

At Carlyle Hamper Co, we take great care in curating and packaging each hamper. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order details

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage

Once assessed, we will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Orders

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Personal care items

  • Food or beverage products

  • Custom or personalised items

Unless the item is faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
